 Topic 3 : Food and Beverage Industry     Nowadays, the main consumer trends in food and beverage industry are the consumer let the inflation have made price sensitivity at a top priority. The consumers are switching to private-label products, seeking discounts and eating at home more often. As they found eating at home is more convenient and enjoyable. Furthermore, the consumers also set health and wellness as a non-negotiable criterion for the food and beverage industry. The demands remain for functional food such as gut health products with probiotic, plant-based options, low sugar, low sodium products and the products must contain clean labels that show all the ingredients and the nutrients in product.  Topic 2 : Transportation Industry Everyone owns a house. If you are living with your family members, you will require more car park as our Malaysian, everyone of us might not own a house at 20 but we have a great chance to own a car, no matter you use the car for working and go to school. Therefore, the traffic flow in Malaysia is huge and the public transport is not convenient compare to some developed country.
