 Topic 3 : Food and Beverage Industry

    Nowadays, the main consumer trends in food and beverage industry are the consumer let the inflation have made price sensitivity at a top priority. The consumers are switching to private-label products, seeking discounts and eating at home more often. As they found eating at home is more convenient and enjoyable. Furthermore, the consumers also set health and wellness as a non-negotiable criterion for the food and beverage industry. The demands remain for functional food such as gut health products with probiotic, plant-based options, low sugar, low sodium products and the products must contain clean labels that show all the ingredients and the nutrients in product.

    In Future, I think that fast food will not be label as burger, French fried and nugget. It might be our home-style dishes. For example, it might be nasi lemak, bak kut teh, roti canai and so on. As those dishes can be cooked by the machine which is preset. The customer just needs to press on that they want to eat with their finger. This is because people are required to be increasingly efficient and some of them are not willing to waste time waiting for the food to be cooked. Besides that, pre-cooked food and packaging food will be one of the choices of the people. As that food just needs to put into air fryer or steamer, if the technology is becoming for advance the cooking machine might become a common sight in households.

   First and foremost, the first solution is implemented with the AI powered into this industry. For example, a customized menu is going to every consumer as a thousand people have a thousand favorite. It could help the customer to find the menu that suitable, and they like on it. It could help the restaurant to increase the customer flow and increase the revenue.

    Furthermore, robotic automation will become one of the trends. The kitchen part will be applied to an automatic cooking machine and washing dishes machine. The serving part, the serving machine will be applied. These robotics will solve the labor cost and insufficient labor. It could let the people focus on creating thinking jobs such as creating new menus and dishes.

Besides that, precooked packet food will be building an end-to-end quality control system to get trust from the public. For example, the partners of the producers will trace their prosses of the ingredients to ensure that ingredient is produced without any unhealthy food additive. Additionally, the production of the process could be standardise to ensure the consistent taste and the texture of the food.

All these solutions require numerous initial funds as the AI-powered machine and automation in food and industry are totally different with others industry. The company in the industry needs to design and implement all these from zero. Every incident has brought pros and cons to if the ai-powered machine and automation are successful implemented in food and beverage industry. It will bring the companies a lot of revenue and save their cost at the same time.

If you are living with your family members, you will require more car park as our Malaysian, everyone of us might not own a house at 20 but we have a great chance to own a car, no matter you use the car for working and go to school.  Topic 4 : farming industry The current situation of the farming industry faced that the constraints of resource and environment. Although the space utilised is not being maximize, the cost of resource and environmental pressures has been suffered by the farmers.
